"Staff excellent. Property beautiful. Not maintained well. Curtains in room were torn & glass tops of furniture had food smears & finger prints. Tops & inside of lamps were horribly full of layers of dust & dirt & Spanish lamp in corner hadn’t been cleaned in years. Ceiling fan was dirty & carpet on edges was dark and dirty so u could tell it wasn’t vacuumed around perimeter ever. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. Staff was incredible."

"This property was beautiful. The areas outside were well kept and very beautiful. Pools were wonderfully perfect on hot days and the lazy river was nice, albeit tilted towards kids with the water falls and squirter that soaked you while floating around it. would be nice to have option to turn these off. 2 small hotubs are all that's there despite NINE POOLS! But, to be fair we only saw 1 other couple in them besides us, the entire week there. The private beach is gorgeous (not handicap...

"We had a wonderful weekend in the Pineapple Apt. Everything was in order and just as expected. I have one suggestion, in addition to providing bedding and towels, wash clothes would have been helpful but certainly a minor detail compared to the all the amenities that were available. We will definitely use this property again on our next trip. Thank you for a weekend stay. "
