"The staff is very helpful from check in and check out, the lady staff helped us to book a taxi to Seoul Subway - when she saw us in the 1st floor and there is no taxi. The housekeeper lady is always very good with her job, we always come back with a well made room. Our apologies as we never had a chance to get their name. The laundry facilities on the 3rd floor was really good point. Staff able to communicate well in English. Good job for everyone, our 1st stay in Seoul was an excellent...

However, I am a travel who uses the gym which was a disappointment for me cause the gym was not as good as other places. But other than that, highly recommend this hotel.
