"This was our 3rd visit to Torfhaus Resort Hotel. It is our favorite. The location in the Harz Mountains is serene, but also full of possibilities for hiking, biking, and quick travel to picturesque towns. The houses/cabins at the resort are maintained in excellent condition. There is plenty of room for a family. We enjoy sitting on the deck with a meal and looking at the beautiful views of the forest. "Nice boutique hotel in an easily walkable location in Quedlinburg. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average and parking was easy. Loved the area and would happily return to this hotel in the future. "

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Küche. Etwas bedenklich war es, als es zu einem Feueralarm kam, das nicht kontrolliert wurde, ob und welche Gäste das Gebäude verlassen haben. Es handelte sich glücklicherweise um einen Fehlalarm. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl am Buffet ließ keine Wünsche übrig. "Die Hotellobby im Erdgeschoss/ Eingangsbereich war zur Ankunft nicht sehr einladend sondern im Winter zugig. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. Parken direkt am Hotel sehr gut."
