"Hotel is in a great location in the old town. Despite being central, I didn't feel that my room was overly noisy. The hotel decor and rooms are a little dated and in need of modernisation and some minor repairs, but everything was clean and tidy. The reception and dining staff were very friendly, and I think the restaurant was reasonably priced. The spa is excellent. "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. "The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough about the three young ladies at the front desk! We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some...
