"Location - there is a pick up service from jr nakuro onsen station. You need to notify the hotel in advance for the pick up service. Staff- they are very nice. I got off at the wrong jr station. The next train will be an hour later but the hotel staff was already at the station waiting for me. I was very lucky to get some assistance from a local gentleman. "Property is high up a mountain secluded. I did not get the chance to explore the area so I'm not sure if there's other options in, but our option was thru a taxi. Definitely would have to drive up to get up there. The facilities had a fantastic view. The hotel also had a spacious onsen, very well equipped. The dinner was traditional Japanese and had great customer service. The room was simple with all the amenities and even a bath tub for the room. Lots of privacy in the room and had a fantastic...

"ディナーはコースですが、前半はよかったのですが、途中でよくわからない（料理の方向がよくわからず）一皿が出てきてほぼ残してしまいました。その後いきなりキッシュが来てそこでトーンダウンしてしまいました。夕飯にキッシュは食べたくなかったです。もう少し料理の構成を考えられた方が良いのではと感じました。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。"
