It is not clear from the parking lot where the entrance to the facility is. The functionality of the building is not for travelers with luggage. "A convenient location near the historic center and central attractions of Aachen. No restaurant, but a moderately popular bar in the evenings. Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant."
