"Fabulous from start to finish, a truly unique from design and decor, to the scent they chose for their reed diffusers. Everything was just gorgeous. We highly recommend booking a spot in the leisure facilities, swimming pool, and sauna etc. Sadly the steam room was out of action, but the jacuzzi was fab. After I sent them the email of confirmation we were uickly transferred to The Vine, fortunately there was room available there. Our room was beautiful and the staff very helpful. "This hotel is under new management and no longer uses OYO as a booking agent. When we arrived OYO had not sent through our booking - this was not hotels.com's fault. The new management team kindly allowed us to stay at no extra cost. I have contacted hotels.com regarding this and hope they will make sure that this hotel is given as much help as possible. The team are working hard to make this a great place to stay."
