"Fabulous dog-friendly cosy pub with rooms. Had a lovely ground floor room with a very nice wet room. Could eat in the bar area with our dog and the food was excellent and very creative. Lovely walk right from the door around the salt marshes and each access to other areas along the coast. Would highly recommend"

"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. "Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! "

"Lovely house, all as described or better. We were afraid that the garden might be too exposed to the road and hadn't actually realised that there was an additional bit behind the house. In the event, weather wasn't really good enough to spend much time in the garden but would have been great..
