"Lovely staff that spoke excellent English. We loved that we could buy reasonably priced wine and beer from self service bar and supply of glasses too. Was going to have breakfast but felt it was very expensive when there a couple of cafes open around the corner. All in all was a great hotel."

"They overbooked the hotel and shipped me to a different hotel. Rather than staying in the four star hotel I booked and paid for, I was forced to stay in a one star hostel. Pure bait and switch fraud"
