One note - there is not air conditioning and the old stone buildings and streets echo the noises from this very popular location so if you go in warmer months, be prepared to be warm at night or have some noise from the open window until late. "Fabulous location hotel very good but we did not get the room that we thought we had booked and instead got a 3rd floor room that required stairs. As I have mobility problems this did not suit so we were offered the only other available room which was a cheaper room with no balcony. The hotel offered a free breakfast for our stay and after much battling hotel.com refunded us 15% by way of compensation "
