"The Kixby was the perfect place to stay for a visit to New York City during Christmas. The location offers ideal access to places such as the Empire State Building, Macy’s, etc. It’s also close to the subway. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, especially at 3:30 in the morning while waiting for our Uber ride they made sure we were getting in the right car and had what we needed for our early morning trip to the airport. I can’t say enough about this hotel when we return to New York City...
