"The hotel was cute, and clean the staff were very friendly. The town was cute with great food options and shopping. It did lack nightlife, everything closed early. We had hoped to have live music somewhere and were not able to find anything. We did go to the hotel bar for drinks and a couple of nights shared some wine on the terrace which were great options. There are several things to do nearby. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Absolutely stunning location with gorgeous view from outside our room. The spa was lovely and very picturesque. We didn't travel with kids but I note there was a specific kids splash time for kids to be able to enjoy the pool as loud as they want. Breakfast had an extensive selection which was lovely. We tried Bräustüberl both nights as Lisl was booked out and enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere both times. The only additional thing I would have liked was an ability to connect the TV to streaming services, though it was fun watching some German TV instead."

"This is a hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great views, nice sized balcony, church bells ringing, wonderful breakfast and even a better dinner. Did not use the amenities but looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend. And only 10 minutes away from the Neuschwanstein Castle. "

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."
