"Our room wasn’t ready at check in, So the manager upgraded us to another room that was ready as we had a small child with us. Excellent customer service & by far the cleanest & most up to date hotel rooms iv ever experienced and I travel a lot. The upgraded/remodeled rooms are truly spectacular. The private beach was so nice. I honestly thought it would be hard getting a chair & umbrella spot (which are free) but the beach area was pretty empty even on a holiday weekend. Very nice. Full service...

"Well, whoever the bartender was for prying. Theater night was very horrible, didn't pay attention. I saved her for over an hour and a 1/2, just to have a meal in one beer, just too busy talking to other people and playing on Her phone very disappointing. Needless to say, she really wasn't just good 'cause of her service and I usually get very good. I believe in kicking over service, I own my own bar back home so Very, very disappointed sidesad, everything else, this great care"
