"Nice hotel, close to old town, but a little removed from the madness of people trying to sell you things and the crowded streets of Hoi An!! We were here for about 48 hours and that was enough time to see the town and what’s on offer. The hotel has great customer service and nice breakfast!"

"We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled...

"Ruby at reception is awesome. She goes the distance in customer service.The cooks are great. Breakfast is plentiful. The pool is exceptionally clean and relaxing on the hot days. Housekeeping is done daily. We extended our 4 nights to 10. Within walking distance of old town but often take grabs when it’s too hot or we’re tired. Tours can be arranged through reception some at reduced rates. Restaurants and spas are abundant. Laundry is close by as well. Overall a great place and affordable."
