"We booked 8 nights here. The hotel is well maintained and the pool area is pristine. The room has ample space compared to other hotels. The Wi-Fi and English speaking television shows and movies are a bonus. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and it has a wide variety of food to choose from. The omelettes are the best… made with fresh eggs. Most of all, the staff is a “top-notch” team who deserves recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness to details. We were amazed at how hard they work together to accommodate the guests. They always provided service with such wonderful smiles and a bit of humor! The desk staff (Ruby and Henry) really shine when it comes to providing recommendations, making reservations, arranging transportation, purchasing show tickets or tours, and tracking laundry services. We are now in Da Nang, and truly miss the Gemside River Resort, especially the staff. If we go back to Hoi An, we would not hesitate to book here again. Thumbs Up and hope to see you all soon. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Laluna. The room was spacious with balcony, private bathroom/shower, cupboards, coffee/tea and plenty of charging points. The breakfast had excellent range, as a vegetarian it was so good to have several stir fry options/salads, The croissants were good as well as omelette station. The staff were great starting with the porter, reception - very helpful, and kitchen great too. The hotel is 5 min walk to all the action but on a quiet street along the river. "
