"Everything for the Hotel is fine but one thing that I could give 5*, as my room was at 5th floor where the corridor got smoking smell. I’m not sure whether other floors got such terrible smell, I hope the hotel management could resolve it."

"Great location next to the station. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were outstanding although it wasn’t clear there is a fee to use it. The hotel is pricey and the pool is a basic amenity."

"Overall a great stay. Staff was nice, room was clean and large, bed was comfortable. Public baths were lovely. Dinner was delicious but so much food. I'd stay again. Loved the town, hike up to the shrine, and sake museum next door. "

"The hotel is located on a mountain close to the center of town. It was very easy to go to the castle and garden by car. The breakfast was awesome and the room was very large and spacious. The view from our room was amazing, looking out over the city. "
