"This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

"The hostel is much less than four stars. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are old, and the general appearance is dirty. Room service is not up to the standard, but it is not very bad, so do not expect four-star services. The food served as a morning meal is not delicious and of poor quality. Workers are not bad, normal and respectable if you treat them with respect. .Staying there only to sleep...the air conditioning is good and the Wi-Fi quality is poor. "

"One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. "The beach is nice and the location is good yet the staff are not the nicest, apparantly most people coming here come through travel agences and come on an all inclusive package, booking through Expedia I 9nlu had the option to book a room with breakfast which is what I wanted"
