"I always stay at this hotel but I have to say I noticed a big change this time. The hotel is cutting corners and this affects staff morale and customer satisfaction. They stopped doing the rum punch welcome drink. The breakfast has been cut. They had no plantains for breakfast. other things have been scaled back. I heard it was due to cost. I don't want egg for breakfast everyday. The management need to look at this. "

"Overall stay was good. The WiFi service in the room needs to be significantly improved. Breakfast needs to be improved with more options especially for Jamaican breakfast items. Poolside restaurant service was slow and needs to be improved."

"We had a great stay at the Four Seasons! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful! While we found the rooms a bit outdated, everything was kept neat and clean. It was also a bit disappointing that the poolside bar was not actually usable. The food was also very good and would’ve loved the option to have all meals inclusive not just breakfast. "

"The property is slightly old but is well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Even though I had to checkout they were helpful in keeping my luggage safe for a good 4 hours without any issue. They also let me check in early since I had arrived early"
