Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. "Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet. Det er få parkeringsplasser og vi brukte lang tid på denne prosessen før vi skulle finne rommet og ble møtt med en liten plakat hvor det sto at utlevering skjer på Raddison. Veldig irriterende. Vegger og tak er betongkonstruksjon, men det er likevel lytt inn til naborom og opp til et bråkete aktivitetsrom. Sengene bar også preg av alderen, med knakende tresenger og madrass fra 80-tallet.
