This charming luxury holiday cottage in pretty natural surroundings near the well-known Hemsedal welcomes you and your large family. The cottage offers you a number of perks and is a great fit for those looking for a mix of nature and the highest level of living comfort. Daylight streams through the large picture windows and brightens up the house. Imagine a quite magical sunset! At the long dining table you can quietly enjoy your morning coffee and freshly baked rolls, or perhaps you have a nice long brunch planned? Here it is all about pure well-being. If you get up early, you can breathe in the fresh morning air on the open terrace. Let the kids jump on the trampoline while you prepare dinner in the kitchen with a glass of red wine.

Explore the world of marked hiking trails, fish-filled mountain lakes and rushing waterfalls. Go waterfall hunting, find your favorite waterfall and refresh yourself in the water. You can also swim in the mountain lakes! Lake Grytevatn usually gets over 20 degrees in July. You can also go canoeing, climbing, horseback riding and hiking to the top of the 1728 meter high Skogshødn (Skogshorn).

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 200.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
