"Nice motel close to the Paihia wharf and shopping/eating locations in the town. We had a suite with a nice view of the bay. "

Breakfast basic but standard selection Again a little money spent could make this great. Rooms upstairs loud if you are on the ground floor I was woken at 4am and 6am. A gym would be great too"

Good facilities but have been unloved for a while so new owners will spruce things up and it’ll be a gem….we will come back again and in summer to enjoy the pool. "We stayed in one of the houses. It was great value compared to an air bnb in a similar location, the entrance was safe and not on a main road and allowed 2 families with 4 children to stay. Only criticism would be no heat pumps but there were adequate heaters and extra bedding. Great location close to city centre. Would stay again"
