Staff in all departments were so friendly and professional. The only thing that would stop me going back to this hotel is the noise from the adjoining rooms. "Friendly staff & ideal location. The room was ridiculously hot, but I managed to turn down the valve on the radiator to help the room cool down. Also the brew facility options weren’t great with PG tips & Nescafé."
