"Have stayed here on quite a few occasions now and love this hotel for the way we are treated. We are looked after so well and my dog Max loves it too. Amazing staff in every part of the hotel. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff are lovely but the staff in the restaurant will always put themselves out to give us a great experience - particularly, Claire, Chrissy and Laura. We always return because it almost feels like home."

"This is a LARGE very new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff work hard to ensure you have a good holiday and are helpful if there are problems. Our room did not suit our mobility so they found us a much better location, although room was slightly smaller. Breakfast was excwllent with food for all tastes. Don't know about lunch but dinner did not suit us. Good salads but beef was tough, chicken possibly undercooked and vegetables a bit of a mess. Descriptions not comprehensive and signs in the...

"Amazing location and fantastic staff. We booked for a single night as a Christmas treat for 6 of us ranging from 9 to 84. The hotel itself is simply stunning, oozing history everywhere you look. What made the occasion so special however was the quality of service from every member of staff. "It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious."
