"Lovely, hotel i paid to upgrade the room to a king size bed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Only niggle is the bathroom, there was a crack in the sink and the bath had a lot of mildew on the silicon. The pool is quite small but very clean. I would stay there again."

The only down side is the evening meal and drinks are on the pricey side, £13 for a double gin and lemonade (I am aware there is not much competition in otterburn). Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall."
