"Hotel was clean, nearby the train station and staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was also big enough for 3 pax and had various amenities such as stove, washing machine and airdresser. But do note that there is no dryer and we did not see any utensils in the room. "

"Great stay but bathroom cleaning and room cleaning was not as thorough as it was before. Location and service was excellent. Front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. Driving into the parking lot is quite a challenge because the drive way is so narrow. Large sedans or SUVs will have a hard time going down the path. Breakdast buffet is so so. Subpar really, compared to Shilla Stay Breakfast buffet."

"Nice hotel clean and comfortable. The location is good but would stay at a LOTTE hotel closer to Myeongdong Street food. That's my personal preference. I don't like to walk too much.😅"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu. It was a great location so we were able to hit the shops and food areas in Myongdong. There was lots to see within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby as well which were great for food/snacks. We stayed on the Line Friends floors which was so cute! The room was very comfortable. Only issue would be not enough accessible power outlets to charge our phones etc. There were power outlets but they were mostly occupied with other things."

"The room is small-ish but comfortable. Staff helpful. A bit noisy because of the trains, but i was fine. Breakfast buffet was not great but there are so mnay food options nearby thats not an issue. Nearness to subway station a big plus. I would stay there again."

"Nice hotel.Only issue is that there are nothing to do around the hotel areas. I need to take uber, bus or train if I want to go somewhere."
