My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...

You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic.
