"Recently visited for an event in Hamburg with some friends - room size and amenities were excellent, beds were very spacious and comfortable. Sound deadening was excellent and we didn't have any noise from any other rooms in the vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and well presented. They allowed us to store some luggage for us before check-in and allow for us to travel around the city before it was time to check-in.
