"Very nice hotel in an up and coming area of Reykjavik. Close to the Bus Stop 15 where the Flybus shuttle will drop one. There is some construction going on so some rooms may get noisy during the day. We were lucky to get a different room despite an early check in. "Hotel was fairly close to town, easy to get around. We rented a car and there is ample parking. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint would be that there was no place to store your clothes in the room, no dresser or counter so we have to live out of our suitcases which was a bit of a pain. "The desk staff were fantastic, consistently friendly and helpful. The mattress was a little too firm for my tastes - I like them fairly firm, but not that much. There was a good number of pillows, of different thickness and firmness. There was hair clogged in the shower drain when I arrived, leading the tray to drain slowly and fill with water. There is a small kettle in the room, but the sink is very shallow and the kettle won't fit in it - the only way to get water into the kettle was to fill...
