The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant. "Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!"

"Very pretty hotel, walking distance to all the Centro Historico area and basilica. Nice roof top views. Staff was very friendly and helpful including a tour to Cotopaxi which was Excellent. Never ate there, but available. Bed was a little stiff. Stairs to bathroom were a little narrow and could be tricky at night. Street noise a little loud. Arranged a transfer from airport on arrival and confirmed days before, was not present on arrival so I grabbed a taxi."
