"Food wasn’t labeled and was almost the same everyday, very greasy meals which made us to feel sick in the last 2-3 days. The cleaning staff didn’t came in the last days, no vaccuming was made, beds were not changed and lot of sand was in the room. Höwedes, The reception staff was friendly, the apartament and balcony were big enough. "

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. "My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool...

"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. "We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! "Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "
