"Great location, however vehicle parking is not very convenient and with the one way streets, it is difficult to access the hotel from the parkade. The breakfast, service and staff were excellent and the proximity to key Biarritz areas is great. Good value for money!!"

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. This is a great location for walking around the town , shopping , it is close to the cathedral , there is parking a short distance at the end of the street . Public buses are frequent from Biarritz airport and terminate a few hundred metres from the hotel . Lots of restaurants . Really good visit ."

"Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice. "
