"Very clean, great location and a lovely room. Upgraded to the superior room which I think gave us a room on a higher floor with a great view of the mountains… but I’m not 100% sure. Dinner was lovely in the hotel restaurant. Staff were always busy with customers but were super friendly and helpful when serving. The location of the hotel was ideal as it’s in the centre of town and most of the buses operate from within a 5 minute walk"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable, although the room was a little on the small side. Only thing we lacked in the room was tea and coffee. Sky bar was excellent, comfortable great views. Breakfast was very good. A little fat out of town but can't fault the public transport. Overall very good"

"We got a full-size, tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. It was in great condition and clean. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and have a spacious living room for relaxing and a dining room. Kitchen was very convenient for staying in for breakfast and having quick meals. It had serveware, knives, pots and pans and some cleaning supplies. Much better than a hotel room. Vervet is a new development so there was construction outside the buildings and it was a bit of a walk to...

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."
