"We had a great stay overall. The check-in was the easiest and quickest we have experienced in quite some time. "Andy, the night shift concierge did his best to accomodate all our requests, he's been super kind and professional! We expected a bit more from the staff at the breakfast area, the vegan/vegetarian options were there but the signs were difficult to understand. "Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly! "

"I came on a solo trip to take part in the PolarNight Half Marathon, so my single room served the purpose. Perhaps consider putting a cupboard in the bathroom area where there is space for it. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good."

"Incredible pace in a spectacular natural setting, about 1.25 hours from Tromso. Our fjord front cabin was spectacular- each day and night we woke to breathtaking views ( traveled in winter.).
