"Booked a deluxe two bedroom. Very nice except that the appliances didn't match what they listed on their own website. The staff were very helpful in relocating me to an apartment that did. Issues with the aircon throughout my stay. Otherwise great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ingrid whose assistance was exceptional."

We left the doors open for the 48 hours we were there to no avail. Perhaps a deep clean or carpet clean may be required. The reception staff were very good but we didn't need to be in touch with them for the most part. We'll be back but not in that room."

Friendly staff, however understand not everyone is tech savvy and assistance offered to help with check in would be a great benefit to make the stay easy and less time consuming from the start. "The unit was clean and had a great shower it was the best I've had for a long time. But the Kitchen was very basic it just had the basic we had friends over and we had three (3) little cups, three forks and glasses, so we couldn't all have coffee and cake together."
