"The rooms are nicely laid out and we were given connecting rooms. When we were there, 1 elevator was out of order so it took awhile to get up and down. As for the location, it was centrally located near the metro, many shops and restaurants. However, the area doesn’t seem to be very safe. We saw many broken glasses in front of the hotel. "

"Parking difficult and expensive. Mold in shower Air conditioning needed to be fixed. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Need to get reservation to use pool facility. "

"Our family loved this hotel. Great location with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. So close to many restaurants, boulangerie, and the metro station (Bir Hakeim). Ending up enjoying a bottle of wine and crepes/macaroons every night on the balcony."

"We had a good time we were supposed to go to Louvre but they're not open on Monday and you sold us tickets for Monday so we need a refund to my account when I get back I will call"

"Stay was very good only air conditioning was on the fair side did not work properly. Also lots of noise if you opened the window from the bar which lasted all night"

"I liked the proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle. Staff was friendly, but food at the bar was not very good. Also check in time took a little long."

"Room was too small to open my suitcase on the floor but large enough to have a nice stay. Clean room and clean common area. Nice efficient staff."

"There is construction at the front door, so a bit inconvenient to enter from there…you can enter through the shopping center though. The room was lovely and staff very friendly "

"We enjoyed our stay. I did find a used tissue on the bedroom floor by the window…gross. We could have used an extra pillow but we did ask for a fan and they brought it right away. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. "

"The room was very small. At the largest width is was 2m wide. My bed went from wall to wall against the window. I had to unpack my suitcase because there was no way to have it open and move around the room. I expected more young people, but there were an equal number of middle age business travelers like myself. Aside from that the stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I sprained my ankle and they helped me find a doctor."
