"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. "Only real complaint was a lack of Aircon in room. At night the room was so warm and struggled to sleep. Room needs temperature control for individual guests preference. "

"An immaculate hotel with wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are well designed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered, a massive buffet selection in a beautiful room overlooking the city. I love the roof pool and spa area to relax in. There is also another pool indoors with a sauna and spa facilities. An underground car park topped off my stay. "

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and has lovely, big rooms. The front desk really helped us out after a misunderstanding and were very generous in giving us an upgrade. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic, with their own wine delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally good. "
