"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. Check-in instructions were sent to me via whatsup, which I don't use, so I had to call the number in my email confirmation because there was no one on-site. ...

"Hosts are wonderful. I will book this place again next time I visit Trier. Apartment has everything that you could possibly need. Hosts reserved a parking spot in a garage for us too, which was perfect since we had a rental car. Hosts are informative and did a wonderful job communicating with us. Pretty views from the apartment windows. Location is excellent. "

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "The process from beginning to end was outstanding. Tanja was thoughtful and welcoming and made sure we were prepared for our time in Trier. The views of the town from the well-appointed deck and apartment were among the best I’d ever experienced.
