"Apart from the 5am fire alarm fault, and the fact that our dirty mugs weren’t changed for two days, we did have a lovely stay. "Although next to the forth bridge be mindful that most rooms that look out over the bridge are noisy. We had to upgrade to a better room as we are both very light sleepers and the noise from the traffic over the bridge was too noisy for us. On the whole the hotel food was good. Staff were most helpful and the location good. We got the train into Edinburgh from Queensferry north which is a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. Train into Edinburgh takes around 25 minutes. "This B&B exceeded my partner and I’s expectations indeed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. We were able to leave our bags so we could go a wonder before checking in which was very convenient. The bedroom was perfect. From the jaw dropping views over dean village to the comfy big bed. It made it even more memorable with a snow day making Edinburgh feel like a winter wonderland. The breakfast was to die for, the staff were excellent. We will definitely recommend this...
