Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, choice of pillows with extras in the wardrobe and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room before check out in the morning. The only tiny problem that we had was that the car parking app didn't work; but the machine outside did, and the discount code to reduce parking to £8 for 24 hours was appreciated!"
