"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere. "Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay. "

In the room i have jacuzzi bath which that was very nice. room big and clean, small minus so aircon was switched off but room has a fan in the wardrobe so i managed to cool down the room. Free parking also available on this hotel. "

Its a little secluded so if your not eating in the hotel you will need to drive to somewhere in the surrounding area for dinner. Restaurant had ltd menu so we didn’t eat there. We did have lunch & drinks in the hotel bar which has both a nice indoor & outdoor area. "We had a really nice stay - only one night, travelling through, wish we could have stayed longer! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The large swimming pool was very clean and empty when we there. Nice bar with pool table and very friendly staff. Pleasant 15 minute walk through the forest to get to the centre. Would definitely stay here again. "
