"I checked in solo two days earlier than a group I was going to meet. As I had requested, the hotel was able to keep me in the same room for the duration of my visit, which was very convenient. "Great hotel only 3-4 mins walk from the train station and 3-4 mins from the town centre. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only minor issue is that the room was very warm, even with the heating off and window open all night. Great for winter, not so good for summer. But I would still happily stay here again. "

"Our room at the Maya Caprice looked over the Lauterbrunnen valley and the Swiss Alps. It was stunning. To add to that, the room was large, well stocked and very comfortable. There are many nice walking trails in the city, and the train ride to Lake Brienz is very short and convenient. "We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy.
