"I don’t mind staying here when I’m in Launceston. I had a room near the lift and was surprised we weren’t bothered by the lift but we did hear the person next to us constantly opening and closing a cupboard door until 11pm. Other than that it was a good stay and I thought the shower was good. "

"Reliable and you know what you’ll get. Unfortunately the walls do not insulate noise so you get a bit of noise from outside rooms. The rooms on one side also face a loud Theatre, so if you have an early start make sure you request the other side. Theatre always done by 11pm though. "

"great location and and quite affordable for a city hotel. I have stayed here before, and always get the "Expedia room' not what the picture shows, which was disappointing, and wish that they would show the room they are selling instead. Very deceptive."

"we were lucky and were upgraded to Kensington suite. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the terrace restaurant. Thank you for the service. the only downside was the parking. It is very remote for the hotel and not only guests park there. I noticed that casino customers were using the guests car park making availability very difficult."

"In its day a great place but showing signs of wear. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower was over the bath and hard to get into for someone with leg problems. As well there is no lift to the first floor for an incapacitated person "

"Loved this accomodation, this was the end of a 3 week road trip for us and we felt like we ended in style. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a good size. The furniture was comfortable and looked good as well. There was a washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen with everything you need, including a full size fridge. Lots of storage in bedroom and hallway, could easily have stayed a week or more. Beautiful views of the marina and very handy to cafes and restaurants and some cruise...

"There is a casino on the premises and being a competitive Roulette player this was the place to stay. Loved the wildlife that came up to the door for food every morning too. Staff at this venue were polite, helpful and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't be happier staying here."
