"While I was not there to watch TV, as the weather one day was to wet and windy to go walking I tried the TV. Unfortunately the TV in the lounge area and in the bedroom had minds of their own, and while watching BBC News in the lounge area the TV in the Bedroom started to play a completely different programme! "We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us! "

Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason"
