"Check in for our one night stay was very quick and efficient and the receptionist kindly offered us some free drinks from the bar as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We accepted these and took them later after we had eaten dinner. We would have stayed longer in the bar had it not shut disappointingly early at around 11pm. The service was good though. The room was very clean and comfortable and at a nice temperature - although the air con was rather noisy - and the bathroom clean but...

"The apartment was very tired, the kitchen tap was out of position and was dripping, the bathroom sink was blocked, Coat hanger was off the wall. Only found instructions to download inside cupboard door as we left on how to operate appliances. No broom provided to clean terrace, chairs full of blossom. Very minimal provision of kitchen equipment. The location and ease of getting into Cambridge was very good, did not use catering, but nearby Sainsburys was a very useful. Receptionist very helpful....

"Excellent location, tucked behind the Fitzwilliam Museum and next to the river. It's worth paying a little extra for a river view - the rooms facing the other way look onto the backs of old buildings, which isn't unpleasant, but the river view is lovely. The decor is fun, themed around the punts that you'll see on the river. Excellent welcome from the team and outstanding service at my afternoon tea on the first day.
