"Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with a great bunch of staff who are always willing to help. There's a nice restaurant at the hotel and plenty of other dining options in the area. Fairly easy to get around. I would recommend the hotel's massage service because it was very good and same prices as other nearby spas. You can also pay by card at hotel which wasn't possible at the local spas I went to.
