"Reservamos una habitación en MP con cama matrimonial, al llagar al hotel nos informaron que este tipo de cama no existen en el hotel, solo en las Suites. Nos dijeron que solucionarían el problema poniendo un toper con cremallera, pero solo pusieron una sabana doble, el problema nunca se arregló, nos compensaron con el todo incluido plus. Pero esto no solucionó el problema de la cama que ha sido una verdadera incomodidad. El personal de servicio de restaurantes y bares muy alegres y serviciales....

"This is a very good resort in a great location. You receive this flimsy card key to wear around your wrist. Either it stops working or it falls off. You need a better solution. I did half board and was not too happy with the food. I only eat meat. There was plenty of it but just not that good. My favourite food item was the made to order omelet at breakfast. "Stayed at R2 Rio Calma in Nov 21. Hotel is OKish, elegant Moorish exterior but rooms would benefit from a makeover. Food was buffet and can only say average. However pools and especially the grounds were really attractive. Hotel is approx a kilometre from main sandy beech. "

"Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "
