Surpassed expectations.
We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

Good food and beach access, terrible coffee
Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests.

The location next to the beach with direct access from the hotel was incredible. Rooms were really well appointed for families (we were in a junior suite and had plenty of space). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was not amazing, despite having privilege access to the a la carte restaurants we were not impressed, which is a shame for such an otherwise amazing hotel.

I was in the hotel with my son. Room was nice and clean, we had booked it with view to the ocean. Personell is extremely considerate and friendly, everybody was always smiling, it sometimes made us feel guilty because the demands/ workload on everybody seemed to be high. Quality and variety of buffet were ok. Stairs lead right from the pool area down to the ocean and a little secluded cove a bit separate from the main beach of Costa Calma, so it was not too busy there. Only downside was that the pool chairs were obviously not available in sufficient numbers and all chairs close to the seafront were blocked by 9 AM with towels (which was prohibited but not enforced).

Really loved our 5 night stay here. We had the privilege booking and had access to extra amenities. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Kids loved it with all the pools and splash park along with the kids club. The spa was lovely, and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff were mainly friendly, except a few members of staff- who I think were tired/over worked. Only down side would be the buffet doesn’t have a huge range of food- however I didn’t go hungry and had access to both à la carte restaurants. Would really recommend on the whole.

very comfortable hotel, fully equipped. The staff are attentive and helpful. It is child-safe and quiet at night. The swimming pools are plenty, beautiful, clean and well cared for. The range of food is great. Only minus in it is the time when the food is available. For example, between 3 pm and 7 pm there is no food available for small children (babies and toddlers), which is inconvenient for these families. Our 3 year old daughter couldn't bear to stay up so late that we could go to the restaurant with her. That's a shame. Furthermore, our stay was very nice!

Great hotel with excellent swimming pools for the kids. Kids club was very poor with only one person looking after sometimes 10-11 children. Food was a bit repetitive and not much of an option for children. Beach is amazing and the kids loved it. Rooms are nice and kept clean however the A/C in our room wasn’t great and was a struggle to get to sleep at night as too hot. Reported the problem but they said it was ok. Overall we enjoyed the stay but would probably give the hotel a 8 out of 10. Things to improve on.

Waren in einem Jahr das zweite mal da, Leider hat sich in so kurzer Zeit fast alles negativ entwickelt. Die Putzkolonne sind Diven die gerne möchten das wir vorher putzen bevor sie kommen. Sand nach 13 Tagen immer noch da. Schade

Essen: Wer nicht Privileg bucht und nicht eine halbe Stunde vor den eigentlichen essenszeiten muss sich darauf einstellen sich mit 100 anderen Gästen für einen Sitzplatz anzustellen. Wer Privileg bucht, dem empfehle ich direkt beim checkin alle Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) zu reservieren, die Plätze sind stark begrenzt und heiß begehrt. Die Gerichte in den a la cart Restaurants sind gut für eine hotelanlage, wobei uns hier das route66 mehr zugesagt hatte als das alisios. Mittagessen nimmt man am besten an der Poolbar zu sich, wir hatten festgestellt das es dort einfach besser geschmeckt hat obwohl es dort einen Teil derselben Speisen gab. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist gut, es ist für jeden etwas dabei, allerdings auch nicht zu üppig, vorallem weil es keine Abwechslung gibt. Personal: Insgesamt sehr freundlich und schenken auch den Kindern Beachtung, aber nicht unbedingt zuvorkommend. Manche wirkten schnell genervt wenn ein Gast seinen Wunsch nicht zügig äußern könnte, meist aufgrund von Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten, aber wenn man dann über die Zeit bemerkt das man am selben Tag ein und dasselbe Personal an den unterschiedlichsten Orten schuften sieht weiß man auch wieso. Dort Mangelt es Absolut an Personal, die Mitarbeiter können einem nur leid tun. Bei uns und anderen Gästen ist der Eindruck entstanden das italienische Gäste bevorzugt behandelt werden Hotelanlage: Die Bilder täuschen nicht, alles sieht auch so aus. Hier und da sieht das Hotel etwas "benutzt" aus.

Première chambre salle Avec un cafard qui se promenait Réveillé par le bruit des travaux des 7h30 Perforateur. Disqueuse. Etc …. Plus discussion à haute voix des ouvriers Deuxième chambre Sous classé. Vieux télé vieille literie … Et pour finir coupure d’eau Mais à la réception où nous a indiqué que c’était normal et cela sur toute l’île Mais dans l’hôtel suivant nous avions de l’eau ….

Ganz schlimme Küche. Fleisch, das 50 Prozent Wasser verliert, Verdorbene und stinkende Mortadella und vor allen Dingen jeweils eine Kakerlake im Speisebereich und eine in der Lobby. Wir haben ab dem zweiten Tag woanders gegessen und sind frühzeitig abgereist.

Grundsätzlich I.O. ABER: All inclusive ist aus meiner Sicht die falsche Bezeichnung. Mal abgesehen von Wasser wird jedes Getränk nur durch eine Bedienung herausgegeben (Betonung liegt auf „eine“). Dadurch bilden sich sehr lange Schlangen und man wartet gerne mal 15 Minuten auf seine Cola oder Bier. Das geht anderswo deutlich besser…!

Die Umgebung in Costa Calma ist sehr schön, Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Besonders begeistert war ich über die Auswahl beim Abendessen. Ein Nachteil ist höchstens, dass der Flughafen so weit entfernt ist; Taxi geht da ins Geld.
