"I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...

"Me & my husband enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel, the staff we met were all friendly and helpful, Everywhere was very clean and the public seating areas comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Location was also good. "
