"We stayed at the DB hotel for the convenient location to the airport for an early morning flight. Taxi from train was about 30euro. Rooms were beautiful and the main bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but typical. The hotel restaurant was very good and had lots of options, hours were only 7-10 for dinner, which worked well for us. They had a shuttle to the airport for 10euro in the overnight hours which worked fairly well. Doesn't drop you right at the check-in...

"It is not the first time we stayed at Expo hotel. It's convenient to go to Villafranca and to go to Verona. Clean, quiet and with very polite and professional staff. The free access to the closed garage is a plus. "

"Hotel is a lovely well presented place located just outside Verona. Found it very easy to get around using the bus. A quick 7 min bus journey from a bus stop located just over the other side of the road. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Asked for extra pillows and the lovely lady from reception brought them up to our room. The bed was nice and comfortable, rooms were quiet, clean and had plenty of plug sockets. "Hotel is right across the courtyard from the Royal Palace and a short walk from most of the other sites one would want to visit as a tourist. Rooms were good sized and well-appointed with great bed and well-outfitted bathrooms. Staff were helpful in recommending restaurants nearly and answering other tourist-related questions. Definitely a good place to stay for its location although about 15 minute walk away from the train station."

"I stay here every year for the last 3 years a particular event in Verona and not only is it convenient this year they welcomed me back audibly when i walked it, I was surprised that they knew my name, that was an exceptional touch. Staffing is incredibly kind and generous all smiles all the time! "

"The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless"
