"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"Really enjoyed our two night stay here in July 2023. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for the shops, restaurants and beaches of Cambrils. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. I didn’t have lunch or dinner so can’t comment on them. The reception and ground floor area was really nice with plenty of space to sit. "What a beautiful stay just off the freeway. Excellent hospitality and location. Definitely stay for breakfast as it is a family feel with traditional fresh food. We were so pleased. We even brought our large dog. Next time we will call ahead but they were very understanding. Only the beds were a bit stiff otherwise we would go back. Thank you. "
