"Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...

"Excellent position/location but house is a little tired and wasn't very clean when we arrived. Pool is pleasantly bigger than usual domestic size but needs a bit of TLC. Only the master bedroom is air conditioned; the others share a unit in the hallway which works OK- just. Overall a super holiday home. "
