"The pool was closed for maintenance but staff were quick to offer compensation. The restaurant which we were looking forward to dining at was also closed but food at the lobby bar was delicious! Staff also treated my husband to a thoughtful surprise for a special occasion. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again. "

"Pros: -Super friendly staff -Breakfast included -Pool was nice -Splashpark was awesome for the kids -Close to any store/restaurant you could need -Very Clean Hotel -24/7 Gym Cons: -Room still had a bit of dog hair on couch from previous guests (but not bad at all) -A few things in the Splashpark didn't work and pool room had a bit of a cold draft from the windows/doors (to be fair it was -35° outside) -Included breakfast was a bit limited. Overall: Hotel was very enjoyable, we and the kids...

"I would suggest a night light in the bathroom. Since housekeeping is only every second day - extra coffee/tea pods and coffee cups should be provided. Also, 18.00 and 20.00 for a 6 oz glass of wine is way too expensive. On the positve side, the front desk staff wwere excellent !"
